AI SHANG SPORTS · For clubs and venues
Make match recording part of your club’s routine
Start with one court and one team to plan recording, playback and sharing. Before deploying an AI sports camera, define who will operate it, the venue requirements and how recordings will be managed.
Choose deployment around your venue schedule
Consider the mobile model when recording across venues, or discuss the fixed model for a long-term installation. Confirm the sport, court dimensions, obstructions, mounting height, power and connectivity. Assess each court separately rather than assuming one installation plan fits every location.
Run a trial match first
- Assign installation and day-to-day operators, and check mounting and safe access.
- Record actual play, then review coverage, image clarity and the operating workflow.
- If streaming is needed, test connectivity, the streaming method and viewer access in advance.
- Agree on equipment checks, file handling and who to contact if something goes wrong.
Define recording access and service scope
Agree which matches may be recorded, who can access footage, whether public sharing is permitted and how retention and deletion will work. Follow the relevant filming permission process for schools and youth activities. Confirm available features before offering recording services to teams or families, and avoid promising results that have not been tested.
Plan the full cost before purchasing
Alongside the camera, check mounting accessories, installation, power, networking, accounts, storage and software service costs. Features, maintenance scope and after-sales terms should match the confirmed proposal and order. Share your venue conditions and planned use to discuss a suitable setup and product demonstration.
